Section 4206 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 7518 ) is amended— in subsection (c), by striking distribution of subgrants and inserting and noncompetitive distribution of subgrants or other financial assistance ; in subsection (d), by striking paragraph (3); in subsection (e)— in the subsection heading, by inserting after and other financial assistance ; Subgrants in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or other financial assistance provided after subgrant ; by striking subparagraph (B); by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (B); and in subparagraph
(B)(as so redesignated), by inserting or other financial assistance provided after subgrant ; in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking distribution of subgrants under subsection
(c)and inserting and noncompetitive distribution of subgrants or other financial assistance under this section ; and in subparagraph (A), by inserting or other financial assistance provided after subgrant ; in paragraph (3), by inserting or other financial assistance under this section after subgrants ; in paragraph (4), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting or other financial assistance provided after subgrant ; and in paragraph (5), by inserting or other financial assistance after subgrant ; in subsection (f)(1)— by inserting or other financial assistance after subgrant each place it appears; and in subparagraph (B), by striking subgrants by eligible entities and inserting subgrant or other financial assistance by the eligible entity ; and in subsection (g)(1), by striking fiscal year 2019 and and inserting each of fiscal years 2019 through 2024, and $30,000,000 for .
