Section 302 of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1736f–1 ) is amended— in subsection (d)(2)— in subparagraph (B), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; and in subparagraph (C), by striking ; and at the end and inserting a period; and in subsection (e), by striking shall not be— in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)and all that follows through the period at the end of paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: shall not be considered to be a part of the total domestic supply (including carryover) for the purpose of— subsection (c); or administering the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1691 et seq. ). .
