Sec. 3301. Food for Progress Act of 1985

The Food for Progress Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1736o ) is amended— in subsection (f)— by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following: Unless authorized in advance in appropriation Acts, no funds of the Corporation may be used to carry out this section with respect to eligible commodities made available under section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949 ( 7 U.S.C. 1431(b) ) in excess of (exclusive of the cost of eligible commodities)— $40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024; $52,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $58,000,000 for fiscal years 2027; $61,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; and $64,000,000 for fiscal year 2029. ; and in paragraph (5), by striking eligible eligible commodities and inserting eligible commodities ; in subsection (g), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; in subsection (j), by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall not enter into any agreement pursuant to this section under which more than 50 percent of the amounts made available to carry out the program for a fiscal year are awarded to a single entity. ; in subsection (k), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; in subsection (l)(1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and in subsection (p)— in paragraphs
(1)and (3), by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2029 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2024 and inserting 2030 .
