Section 251(e) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6971(e) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)— by striking subparagraph (C); and by redesignating subparagraphs
(D)and
(E)as subparagraphs
(C)and (D), respectively; and in paragraph (5)(B), by striking practicable— in the matter preceding clause
(i)and all that follows through the period at the end of clause
(ii)and inserting practicable, at no time shall the aggregate number of staff for all Divisions exceed 50 full-time equivalent positions. .
