Section 7135(c) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 6 U.S.C. 216 note) is amended to read as follows: The Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall provide training, personal protective equipment, and containment devices to officers, agents, other personnel, and canines of each component of the Transportation Security Administration that is at risk of potential illicit synthetic drug exposure in the course of their duties. .
