The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall establish or continue the development, refinement, and maintenance of a Long COVID electronic reporting form for patients to identify current treatments and treatments under development for Long COVID. For purposes of carrying out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $16,600,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.
