Funds previously made available in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 ( Public Law 112–55 ) for initial project rental assistance contracts associated with the demonstration program under the heading Housing for Persons with Disabilities that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2015 are to remain available through fiscal year 2030 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2012 through 2015; and Funds previously made available by the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 ( Public Law 113–6 ) for initial project rental assistance contracts associated with the demonstration program under the heading Housing for Persons with Disabilities in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 ( Public Law 112–55 ) that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2016 are to remain available through fiscal year 2031 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2013 through 2016.
