Section 1091 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking paragraph
(3)and redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (3); in subsection (g)(1), by inserting and 6 months after 2 years ; and in subsection (r), by striking 18 months after the date on which it submits the final report required by subsection
(g)and inserting December 1, 2026 .
