This Act may be cited as the . CHIPS Improvement Act The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. TITLE I—Repeals Sec. 101. Repeal of certain requirements relating to opportunity and inclusion. Sec. 102. Repeal of requirements relating to educational outreach and support for underrepresented communities. Sec. 103. Repeal of requirement relating to supporting geographic diversity in Manufacturing USA program. Sec. 104. Repeal of requirement relating to expanding opportunities through the Manufacturing USA program.
Sec. 105. Repeal of diversity in technology research program. Sec. 106. Repeal of NSF Chief Diversity Officer position. Sec. 107. Repeal of program for research and dissemination to increase the participation of women and underrepresented minorities in STEM fields. Sec. 108. Repeal of activities to expand STEM opportunities. Sec. 109. Repeal of climate change research authorization. Sec. 110. Repeal of requirement for National Engineering Biology Research and Development Initiative.
