The CHIPS Act of 2022 (division A of Public Law 117–167 ; 136 Stat. 1372) is amended— by striking section 104 ( 15 U.S.C. 4652 note); and by redesignating sections 105, 106, and 107, as sections 104, 105, and 106, respectively.
