Section 108(a) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3123(a) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking 4-year and inserting 5-year ; and in the fourth sentence, by striking 2-year period of the 4-year local plan and 2-year period of a 5-year local plan (or 2-year period of a 4-year local plan, as the case may be) .
