Section 102 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3112 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 4-year and inserting 5-year ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking 4-year period and inserting 5-year period (or 4-year period, as the case may be) ; and in paragraph (3)(A), by striking 2-year period of any 4-year unified State plan and inserting 2-year period of a 5-year unified State plan (or 2-year period of a 4-year unified State plan, as the case may be) .
