The Secretary of Defense shall prohibit any school operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity and any military service academy from entering into or maintaining a covered relationship with a covered person. In this section, the term military service academy means the following: The United States Military Academy. The United States Naval Academy. The United States Air Force Academy. The United States Merchant Marine Academy. The United States Coast Guard Academy.
Section 8549D of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (as added by section 4) shall apply to the Bureau of Indian Education with respect to elementary schools and secondary schools operated or funded by the Bureau of Indian Education in the same manner as that section applies to States.
