It is the sense of the Congress that the Departments of the Treasury and Housing and Urban Development should work together cooperatively, including through development of a Memorandum of Understanding if appropriate, to ensure that implementation of this Act is consistent with the provisions of the Fair Housing Act ( 42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq. ).
