There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development— $50,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2024, for costs to the Department of implementing this Act and the amendments made by this Act, including costs of providing staff to carry out this Act and such amendments; and $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026 for continuing costs of carrying out this Act and the amendments made by this Act.
