Within 3 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall ensure, to the greatest extent practicable, that the minimum requirements and physical quality standards for housing properties assisted by the Department of Agriculture meet or exceed the standards established by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to section 4 of this Act.
