Sec. 15. Project-based contract administrator reporting requirements

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall require, not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, that project-based contract administrators shall submit to the Secretary data on projects and project owners covering the previous 180 days, including an analysis of any trends identified over the previous 180 days on housing conditions, tenant complaints, tenant hospitalizations brought to the attention of the contract administrator, and any other information as required by the Secretary.
