Section 6(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136d(a) ) is amended by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through the period at the end of paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: The Administrator shall not permit the continued sale or use of existing stocks of a pesticide the registration of which is— suspended or canceled under this section or section 3 or 4; or vacated or set aside by judicial decree. .
