Section 7(a)(1) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(1) ), as amended by section 208(a) of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 60 days before the Administration implements any policy or pilot program that would allow the Administration to directly make a loan under this subsection, the Administrator shall submit a notification to Congress for review. .
