Section 7(a)(1) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a)(1) ), as amended by section 206(b) of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Administrator may not intervene or make a final decision with respect to a request for reconsideration of a denied loan or loan modification request made by an applicant or recipient of a loan under this subsection. Only the Director of the Office of Financial Assistance may make a final decision with respect to a request for reconsideration of a denied loan or loan modification request made by an applicant or recipient of a loan under this subsection. .
