Section 23 of the Act of Act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 861, chapter 431; 25 U.S.C. 47 ) (commonly known as the “Buy Indian Act”), is amended— in subsection (a)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the Secretary of Agriculture. ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (3), by striking and the Department of Health and Human Services and inserting , the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Agriculture ; and in paragraph (4), by striking and the Indian Health Service and inserting , the Indian Health Service, and the Department of Agriculture ; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking Committee on Indian Affairs and all that follows through House of Representatives and inserting Committees on Indian Affairs and Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate and the Committees on Natural Resources and Agriculture of the House of Representatives .
