Section 281(1) of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 ( 7 U.S.C. 1638(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking The term and inserting Except as provided in subparagraph (C), the term ; and by adding at the end the following: The term covered commodity includes crab that— is wild fish; and has been cooked, including by frying, broiling, grilling, boiling, steaming, baking, and roasting. .
