Section 2890(f)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking A tenant or prospective tenant of a housing unit may not be required to sign and inserting A landlord may not request that a tenant or prospective tenant of a housing unit sign ; and by inserting at the end the following: The military services should seek to inform members of the armed forces of the possible consequences of entering into a nondisclosure agreement and encourage members to seek legal counsel before entering into such an agreement if they have questions about specific contractual terms. .
