Section 901(b)(2) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Nuclear Waste Administration. . Section 401 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting the Nuclear Waste Administration, after Export-Import Bank of the United States, ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting the Nuclear Waste Administrator; after Export-Import Bank of the United States; .
