None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to administer, implement, or enforce the proposed rule entitled Medicaid Program; Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services , (88 Fed. Reg. 27960 (published May 3, 2023)) insofar as such rule makes changes relating to sections 441.302(k), 441.464(f), 441.570(f), and 441.745(a)(1)(iv) of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations.
