None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to reduce participation in or substantively diminish the delegation of law enforcement authority authorized under section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1357(g) ), except as provided in section 219 of this Act.
