None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to admit into the United States any aerosol-dispensing unmanned aircraft system produced or manufactured in a foreign adversary country. The term “foreign adversary country” means a country specified in section 4872(d)(2) of title 10, United States Code.
