Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall allow any agency, in reporting a Federal award to USASpending.gov (or a successor website), to upload a narrative for such award. In this section: The term agency has the meanings given that term in section 6101 of title 31, United States Code. The term Federal award has the meaning given that term in section 2(a) of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–282 ; 31 U.S.C. 6101 note).
