Section 1352(b) of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking file with that agency and inserting file electronically with the Administrator of General Services ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Administrator of General Services shall establish and maintain an online database that— is available to each agency and the public; contains information disclosed pursuant to this subsection; and is searchable, sortable, machine-readable, and downloadable. . Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of General Services shall establish the database required by paragraph
(7)of section 1352(b) of title 31, United States Code, as added by subsection (a).
