Section 1433 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3195 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following: The balance of any annual funds provided to an eligible institution for a fiscal year under this subsection that remains unexpended at the end of that fiscal year may be carried over for use during the following fiscal year. ; and in subsection (c)(1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 .
