Section 10109 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–334 ; 132 Stat. 4906) is amended— by amending subsection
(b)to read as follows: The Secretary shall submit to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, and make publicly available, the survey described in subsection (a). The Secretary, acting through the Director of the Office of Pest Management Policy, shall obtain commercial data on pesticide use to inform the conduct of, and enhance the results of, the survey described in subsection (a). ; and in subsection (c), by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section— $500,000 for fiscal year 2019, to remain available until expended; $100,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended; and $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended. .
