Section 8680(a)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as subparagraphs
(B)and
(C)respectively; and by inserting before subparagraph
(B)the following new subparagraph (A): preventive maintenance of a deployed naval vessel lasting not more than 21 days; .
