The Secretary of Defense shall establish a common coalition key within the Baltic states for purposes of sharing ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) among such states for training and operational purposes. In this section, the term Baltic states means— Estonia; Lithuania; and Latvia.
