The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on— the effectiveness of the Department of Defense Education Activity Disability Emphasis Program; and how such program supports the employment, retention, and career advancement of individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to Congress a report containing the study conducted under subsection (a).
