Section 1339 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 4569 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated to the Capital Magnet Fund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2033. .
