Section 1337(a) of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 4567 ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking 4.2 basis points and inserting 10 basis points ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking 4.2 basis points and inserting 10 basis points .
