Section 106(a) of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8815(a) ) is amended to read as follows: Except as provided in subsection (b), the authority to carry out sections 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 shall terminate on December 30, 2030. .
