None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to— classify, tax, or register any firearm with an attached stabilizing brace or other similar brace or rearward attachment, notwithstanding any extended additional contact surface rearward or use outside of its original design or use as a buttstock or use to enable shoulder fire, as a rifle, short-barreled rifle, or short-barreled shotgun under the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act of 1934, or any other such act of Congress; or direct any other law enforcement or regulatory entity to conduct any of the activities described in paragraph
(1)on the ATF’s behalf.
