The Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 is amended in section 2976(b)(4)— by striking ; and in subparagraph (A); after subparagraph (A), by inserting the following: use arts education programs and services to better facilitate reentry and reduce recidivism and connect offenders to educational opportunities and employment after reentry into the community; and ; and by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (C).
