Section 223(a) of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5633(a) ) is amended— in paragraph
(32)by striking and at the end, in paragraph
(33)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and , and by adding at the end the following: describe how the State will coordinate services, activities for juvenile justice and delinquency prevention with State and local agencies and organizations, including State and local arts agencies, arts organizations, and organizations that further creative youth development. .
