Section 152(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking general, in the case of the Navy, admiral, or, in the case of an officer of the Space Force, the equivalent grade and inserting general or, in the case of the Navy, admiral . Section 181(c)(1)(F) of such title is amended by striking in the grade equivalent to the grade of general in the Army, Air Force, or Marine Corps, or admiral in the Navy and inserting in the grade of general . Section 531(a) of such title is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and Regular Marine Corps in the grades of ensign, lieutenant (junior grade), and lieutenant in the Regular Navy, and in the equivalent grades in the Space Force and inserting Regular Marine Corps, and Space Force, and in the grades of ensign, lieutenant (junior grade), and lieutenant in the Regular Navy ; and in paragraph (2), by striking and Regular Marine Corps in the grades of lieutenant commander, commander, and captain in the Regular Navy, and in the equivalent grades in the Space Force and inserting Regular Marine Corps, and Space Force, and in the grades of lieutenant commander, commander, and captain in the Regular Navy .

Section 533(b)(2) of such title is amended by striking or Marine Corps, captain in the Navy, or an equivalent grade in the Space Force and inserting Marine Corps, or Space Force, or captain in the Navy . Footnote 2 of the table titled ENLISTED MEMBERS in section 601(c) of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 ( Public Law 109–364 ; 37 U.S.C. 1009 note) is amended by striking the senior enlisted advisor of the Space Force and inserting Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force .

Section 2107 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking Marine Corps,, as the case may be and inserting Marine Corps, or Space Force ; and in subsection (d), by striking lieutenant, ensign, or an equivalent grade in the Space Force, and inserting lieutenant or ensign, .
