Section 4173(c)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: To the extent practicable, to consult with the Secretary of the Army on installation infrastructure, workforce requirements, information technology, and other resources that support the activities of the Major Range and Test Facility Base. . Section 4173 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(i)as subsection (j); and by inserting after subsection
(h)the following new subsection: Beginning on the date of the enactment of this subsection and ending on October 1, 2030, for purposes of this section, any infrastructure located on Kwajalein Atoll that supports the operations of test and evaluation facilities of the Department of Defense shall be considered to be part of the Army Kwajalein Major Range and Test Facility Base and subject to the requirements of subsections
(e)and (f). . Section 130i(j)(3)(C)(ix) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking sections 4173(i) and inserting section 4173 . Section 220(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note) is amended by striking sections 4173(i) and inserting section 4173 . Section 236(g) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 10 U.S.C. 4001 note) is amended by striking section 4173(i) and inserting section 4173 .
