Section 1139B of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1320b–9b ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3)(B)— in the subparagraph heading, by inserting after and maternal and perinatal health ; behavioral health by striking all behavioral health and inserting all behavioral health and maternal and perinatal health ; and by inserting and of maternal and perinatal health care for Medicaid eligible adults after Medicaid eligible adults ; and in paragraph (5)(C)— in the subparagraph heading, by inserting after and maternal and perinatal health ; and behavioral health by inserting and, with respect to Medicaid eligible adults, maternal and perinatal health measures after behavioral health measures ; and in subsection (d)(1)(A), by inserting and maternal and perinatal health after behavioral health .
