Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the activities of the FAA with respect to— collecting more accurate data in notices of construction, alteration, activation, and deactivation of airports as required under part 157 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations; and making the database under part 157 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, more accurate and useful for aircraft operators, particularly for helicopter and rotary wing type aircraft operators.
