The Secretary, in consultation with the Attorney General, shall carry out a program to provide to Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies training on accurate information about fentanyl and how to detect and handle fentanyl. The program under subsection
(a)shall comply with evidence-based guidelines, including the Fentanyl Safety Recommendations for First Responders (or any successor guidelines) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
