Section 1 of Public Law 85–804 ( 50 U.S.C. 1431 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following new sentence: If any such amounts are so specifically provided, the Secretary may use them for such purposes. ; and in subsection (e), by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
