Section 813(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 10 U.S.C. 3241 note prec.) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking or and the end; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: fuel and fuel-related services, if such services are, or reasonably could be, owned or provided by an entity owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the government of any adversary listed in the 2022 National Defense Strategy. .
