Section 54301(a)(3)(A)(ii) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in subclause
(III)by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in subclause (IV)(ii) by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: port infrastructure that supports the loading and unloading of commercially harvested fish and fish products. .
