Section 2(a)(1) of the Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022 ( Public Law 117–118 ; 136 Stat. 1184) is amended by striking fiscal years 2022 and 2023 and inserting fiscal years 2022 through 2024 .
