Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended— in subsection (f)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking for overseas contingency operations ; and by adding at the end the following: For fiscal year 2024, $300,000,000. ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2024 and inserting December 31, 2025 .
